“Behind The Mask” è un progetto fotografico nato in piena pandemia, dopo qualche mese dall’inizio del primo lockdown nel 2020.
Abbiamo cercato di fotografare la pandemia da un’angolazione differente: quella dei protagonisti che hanno contribuito a combatterla.
Volti, sensazioni, sentimenti, personalità, storie. Ritratti di persone che in quel momento assistevano chi era colpito da un male sconosciuto, inconsapevoli di come sarebbe finita, ma non perdendo mai la speranza e di chi il Coronavirus l’ha provato sulla propria pelle.
Abbiamo raccolto il loro messaggio positivo attraverso le loro testimonianze per raccontarle al mondo e per fissarle nella storia… attraverso i loro occhi, i loro gesti e la loro professionalità.

BEHIND THE MASK – Faces and emotions of the protagonists on the front line in the fight against Covid-19
“Behind The Mask” is a photographic project born in the midst of the pandemic, a few months after the start of the first lockdown in 2020.
We tried to photograph the pandemic from a different angle: that of the protagonists who helped fight it.
Faces, sensations, feelings, personalities, stories. Portraits of people who at that moment assisted those affected by an unknown disease, unaware of how it would end, but never losing hope and of those who experienced the Coronavirus on their own skin.
We have collected their positive message through their testimonies to tell them to the world and to fix them in history… through their eyes, their gestures and their professionalism.
